Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by MifMedia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

MifMedia provides web development, design, and digital marketing services including but not limited to website development, landing page creation, funnel systems, and SEO optimization. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project agreements.

3. Project Terms

For all projects:

• A detailed project proposal will be provided before work begins
• 50% deposit is required to commence work
• Remaining 50% is due upon project completion
• Revisions within scope are included; additional revisions may incur fees
• Final files are delivered upon full payment

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. MifMedia retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, etc.) are subject to their respective licenses.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely content and feedback
• Ensuring they have rights to any materials provided
• Maintaining backups of their existing website/data
• Timely payment according to agreed terms

6. Limitation of Liability

MifMedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed to date. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bavaria, Germany.
